Ideally, you should book your move 1–2 weeks in advance for residential moves and 3–4 weeks in advance for office relocations (we also offer urgent moving solutions, subject to availability). Before moving day, we carry out an assessment, confirm access conditions and create a detailed plan including inventory, priorities and scheduling. On the day of the move, we notify you of our arrival and maintain clear communication throughout the entire process to minimise surprises and ensure everything runs smoothly.
The quote includes everything required for your move: packing materials, labour, disassembly and reassembly, transportation, protection of your belongings and cargo insurance. It is calculated based on the inventory provided and the services selected. There are no hidden fees or small print. The price quoted is the final price you will pay. Yes. Our insurance coverage is tailored to the declared value of your belongings and protects everything from fragile items to large furniture pieces. If anything happens, we record the incident, assess the damage and provide a fair solution and compensation, without unnecessary bureaucracy, until the matter is fully resolved.
Yes. We carry out a thorough assessment beforehand, including stairways, doorways, access routes and any building restrictions. We use the appropriate equipment, such as external furniture lifts when required, and protect all common areas during the move. We also handle special items, including pianos, safes, aquariums and works of art, using specialised planning, equipment and handling techniques to ensure their safe transport.
Set aside important documents and essential items such as medication, chargers and clothes for the following day. Empty all appliances and identify any high-value belongings in advance. If you prefer, we can also assist with packing services and provide all the necessary packing materials.
Yes. We offer secure storage units with 24/7 surveillance and extended access hours, located in dry and well-ventilated facilities.
